Year End Requests for Data

If your retirement plan’s plan year end is December 31, unless you requested otherwise, you recently should have received an E-mail regarding year end data required for your plan. Since this request was in a different format from years past, we wanted to make sure your received it. Below are some features to help you identify this file.

• The E-mail containing the year end request for data was in a PASSWORD PROTECTED file. The request was sent to the listed contact in our records.

• It included expanded sections concerning Mergers, Acquisitions, and Control Group Issues. These situations are invariably complex, so please be sure to contact us as soon as possible regarding any purchase or change in ownership.

• Unless you have specifically directed us otherwise, year end reports will be produced in a CD format.

The information requested is required in order to test your qualified plan in a timely manner as well as to ensure all required plan tax filings are completed. The attached link will direct you to our website and a listing of ongoing deadlines for qualified plans.
